The $5,000 contingency is held in reserve for any reshoot days, unforeseen rentals, or unplanned expenses. Any unused balance is refunded to Southside Bank at project completion. All other line items are inclusive of principal photography (3 days), branch day, post-production (2 days), billboard & ad stills, and all travel and lodging.
Total invoiced in three equal installments of approximately 33% — the first on signed acceptance, the second at the midpoint of production, and the final on delivery of all four spots.
One round of editorial, color, and audio revisions per spot is included.
Southside Bank receives full, perpetual usage rights for all delivered spots and stills across broadcast, OOH, digital, and social. Lightbox retains the right to use behind-the-scenes and select B-roll for portfolio.
Aerial and exterior days are weather-dependent. If a re-shoot is required due to weather, it is rescheduled within the production window at no additional cost when crew availability allows.
Southside Bank will assign a point person to help coordinate any employee-specific talent and branch access for the on-location day. Lightbox Studios will handle all release forms.
This quote is valid for 30 days from issue. Acceptance via signed PO, email confirmation, or counter-signed agreement triggers production scheduling and the first invoice.
